Terms of Service

  1. Introduction

Welcome to MA² Security Solutions Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our job board, website (https://www.ma2security.co.uk), and related services (“Platform”).

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable UK laws.

  1. Nature of Services

MA² Security Solutions Ltd provides a digital job board and candidate verification platform.

We do not employ or deploy any security officers, nor do we act as an employment agency or employer.

We facilitate connections between verified candidates and registered employers.

Any employment or contractual agreement arising from such connections is solely between the candidate and the employer.

  1. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Misuse of the system, including falsified documents or impersonation, may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.

We may request identity verification for compliance with anti-fraud and GDPR obligations.

  1. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All payments for premium listings, candidate packages, or employer credits are processed securely via Stripe.

Payments are non-refundable, except where:

A duplicate transaction occurs; or

A service failure is caused by MA² Security Solutions Ltd.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment to: admin@ma2security.co.uk.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Users agree that MA² Security Solutions may revise pricing or package details at any time with prior notice.

  1. Verification & Document Submission

Candidates may upload ID, DBS certificates, and SIA licences for verification.

Verification confirms document authenticity but does not certify employment or suitability.

The final responsibility for vetting and verifying candidate identity lies with the employer.

  1. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply fully with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process data.

  1. Liability & Disclaimer

MA² Security Solutions Ltd provides services “as is” without warranty.

We are not responsible for employment decisions, employer actions, or the behaviour of any user.

We accept no liability for losses arising from:

User error, misuse, or false data;

Technical outages or data breaches beyond our control;

Third-party service interruptions (e.g., AWS, Stripe, Google).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

  1. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and digital materials are property of MA² Security Solutions Ltd.

You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce materials without written consent.

  1. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You breach these Terms;

You engage in illegal or unethical behaviour; or

Required by law enforcement or data protection authorities.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

MA² Security Solutions Ltd acts solely as a digital platform.

We are not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency.

All employment verification remains the responsibility of the hiring company.

Users are responsible for ensuring their data and documents are lawful and up to date.

Employers using the platform must ensure compliance with UK Employment Law and SIA licensing regulations.
